answer is... 2)
"to hit" is very important. why? becuz, LOW AC.
Your attack is not hit -> you get attack from the monster -> die.

max hit rate is 95%.
character level + your "to hit" = 240 = max hit rate(95%)
(ex. char level 40, your "to hit" 200% ... 40+200=240)
if over 240 .... same rate. 95%. (When you use the sword. not bow)
